We are less than 30 days from closing and we have locked in our financing rate and the loan is fully approved.  We're just counting the days until closing now!

Take a look at the most recent pictures, the house is about 95% done.  The appliances are all in as are all of the floor coverings, fixtures, and even the blinds.  The only thing missing is the correct front door.  All we can see to do is give it a good cleaning, touch up some paint, and get the landscaping in.
